OUR STORY

Ernst Hotel Supply is part of Ernst Textil AB – a family-owned company and one of Sweden’s leading textile wholesalers, founded over 30 years ago by Ernst Dahlberg. Today, the company is run by the second generation, Magnus Dahlberg.

For many years, Ernst Textil has been a trusted supplier of high-quality textiles to a wide range of businesses, particularly within the hotel and restaurant sectors. In 2015, a major expansion took place when Ernst Textil launched a new brand – Ernst Hotel Supply.

The launch of Ernst Hotel Supply was born out of a collaboration between Magnus Dahlberg and Lars Henningsson, then CEO of Hotel Skansen.

The collaboration was initiated ahead of the opening of the new Hotel Riviera Strand – an apartment hotel with over 140 suites and 650 beds located right on the beach between Båstad and Hemmeslöv. The project involved developing customized and branded pillows, duvets, bed linens, terry products, bathrobes, spa slippers, and toiletries for both Hotel Riviera Strand and Hotel Skansen. The work extended over 1.5 years, and the results can still be seen in use at both hotels today.
